Rapé (pronounced as ha-peh) is administered through the nose using a special pipe. For self-use, take a Kuripe, for administering to someone else, take a Tepi. Use a small amount per nostril (about half a pea). Blow the powder in forcefully but in a controlled manner and then take your time to process the experience. Reactions such as watery eyes or sneezing are normal and part of the process.
