    Shipping & returns

    Packaging / Shipment

    Depending on the weight and size of the products, your order will be shipped discreetly in an envelope or package.
    Only your name address and a return address will be stated on the outside of your postal package.
    We send the items in blank envelopes and packages.

    Delivery time & shipping costs

    Packages to NL and BE are delivered within 1-2 working days if in stock. For orders from € 35, - we do not charge shipping costs (NL only). All our packages can be followed with a track and trace. For Germany and France the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. For the other countries in Europe, the delivery time is 4-8 working days. We do not ship products outside of Europe. Your order will not be shipped to you until we have received your payment.

    What happens to my package when I am not at home.

    When you are not at home, the postman will put a note in your letterbox. With this note you can pick up the package at your post office. The package normally stays at the post office for 1 to 2 weeks. Please pick it up on time. fresh products that we have sent that are not collected from the post office or parcelshop and that are returned will not be reimbursed or replaced.

    Can I track my package online?

    If your order has been shipped as a package, you can track it from approximately 12 hours after shipment. The Track & Tracé link can be found with the relevant order in my drpaddo and / or will be sent to you by e-mail.


    1: Cancel

    You do not have to cancel orders that have not yet been paid. If you want to cancel an order that you have already paid for, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Email: [email protected] Canceling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been sent.

    2: Damaged

    We always do our utmost to guarantee the quality of our products and to pack and ship them properly. Should it happen that a package arrives broken or damaged, please send an email to customer service [email protected] within 7 days

    Please state the order number in the email and attach a photo clearly showing the damage and we will contact you as soon as possible.

    3: Cooling-off period

    If you are not satisfied with one or more of our products, you can return them to us without giving any reason. This is possible up to and including 14 days after receipt of your order. If you want to return products during the cooling-off period, please contact us directly via email: [email protected]

    4: Warranty

    If the product you receive during the warranty period becomes defective due to a cause that is beyond your control, you can return the product to us. We will then try to repair it for you, or if that is not possible, replace it and / or offer it to the supplier / factory. Refunds are not available for products that fall within the warranty policy.

    5:Exception limited shelf life fresh products

    Products that you buy through this webshop with a limited shelf life (truffles) cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
