    Placing an order at is very simple:

    Step 1: place the desired item in the shopping cart

    Go to the desired item and click on the 'Add to cart' button. For certain items you have to make a further choice in size or color to add the item to the shopping cart. Choose the desired size and / or color and then click on the 'Add to cart' button.

    Once you have placed all the desired items in the shopping cart, go to 'My shopping cart' at the top right of the page. Here you can still change your choice.
    Are you done shopping? Then click on the button at the top right of 'My shopping cart'.

    Step 2: Provide your personal information

    In order to process your order, you must fill in your personal details. You do not need to create an account. Your data will be stored and processed with the greatest care. These data are not used for further purposes.

    Step 3: Choose delivery address

    Is the billing address specified in step 2 also the delivery address? If so, choose the 'Send to this address' option at the bottom of the billing address data field and then click the 'Continue' button.

    Do you want the order to be delivered to a different address than the specified billing address? You can do this by selecting the 'Send to another address' option at the bottom of the billing address data field and then clicking the 'Continue' button. Here you fill in the details for the delivery address and then click on the 'Continue' button.

    Step 4: Choose payment method

    Here you choose which payment method you want to use. More information about our payment methods can be found under the heading payment in customer service.

    Step 5: Check your order

    You can check your order for the last time here.

    If everything is correct, click on 'Place order'.

    We will then quickly process your order and ship it to the delivery address you specified.

    Delivery and shipping costs

    DRpaddo sends your order with DHL, DPD, or GLS. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are: € 5.95.
    For shipping rates to other countries not listed here, please contact us.

    Delivery time

    If a product is in stock, the delivery time is 1 to 4 working days, when a product is not in stock, the average delivery time is 5 working days. We will then contact you about this.
