Fill the bag with a suitable substrate and sterilize if needed. Once cooled, inject your spores or liquid culture through the injection port. Seal the bag tightly and place it in a suitable location to begin colonization. The Tyvek filter allows for clean air exchange while keeping contaminants out. With proper care, the bag can be reused multiple times.
