    Inoculating your substrate has never been easier. With a simple injection of the Panaeolus cyanescens “Jamaica” Liquid Culture you can watch the mycelium network multiply and transform your growing medium into a canvas for the mushrooms to flourish.

    1. Sterilization or Pasteurization
      To successfully grow the Panaeolus cyanescens "Jamaica" Liquid Culture, a clean and nutrient-rich substrate is essential. Since this species grows primarily on manure, it is important to sterilize or pasteurize the substrate to kill unwanted bacteria and fungi.

      Pasteurization (recommended): Heat the substrate (such as horse or cow manure mixed with straw) to 60-70°C for 1-2 hours using steam or a hot water bath.
      Sterilization: Use an autoclave or pressure cooker to thoroughly sterilize the substrate, especially if you are using grain substrates.

    2. Inoculating the Substrate
