The Makilla Gorilla Liquid Culture Syringe contains a unique and powerful mushroom strain, a cross between Melmac Penis Envy and Albino Penis Envy (APE). This combination results in a fast growing fungus that produces large and strong mushrooms. Specially developed for experienced growers and researchers looking for special genetics. Each syringe contains 10ml of liquid culture with fully developed Makilla Gorilla mycelium, carefully produced in a sterile laboratory environment for maximum purity and viability. Comes with a sterile needle for accurate and easy inoculation.
Professionally isolated and prepared under sterile conditions to minimize contamination risks.
Perfectly suited for grain substrates.
Inoculating your substrate has never been easier. With a simple injection of Makilla Gorilla Liquid Culture, you can watch the mycelium network multiply and transform your growing medium into a canvas for mushrooms to flourish.
Substrate Inoculation: Start by preparing the substrate, such as vermiculite and brown rice flour, as described earlier. Make sure the substrate is moist, but not soaked. Then, take the spore syringe with the Makilla Gorilla spores.
Inoculation Process: Shake the spore syringe with the mushroom spores well to ensure that the spores are evenly distributed. Then, use the syringe to evenly distribute the spores across the substrate. This can be done by placing small amounts of spores on different spots on the substrate.
Incubation: After the substrate has been inoculated with the mushroom spores, it is time to incubate the substrate. Place the substrate in a dark and warm space with a constant temperature between 20-25°C. This will promote the colonization of the substrate by the mushroom spores.
Growth and harvest: After a few weeks, the mushroom spores should start to colonize and develop into mushrooms. Keep checking the substrate for humidity and any signs of contamination. Once the mushrooms are fully developed, they can be harvested for consumption.
