Kanna is a succulent plant with anti-depressant effect. The use of this miraculous succulent goes back centuries and was mainly used in local, traditional medicine as a mood-enhancing medicine. Kanna also gives a calming, euphoric and relaxing feeling at a certain dose. This wondrous plant was widely praised for its miraculous psychoactive effects by the Hottentots, a people from the present-day Western Cape province of South Africa. Place a pinch (25 mg) of Kanna powder under the tongue. Or add 1 to 3 grams to a cup of tea, let it steep for 10 minutes. If necessary, add some honey and drink it.
