CBG and CBN
Cannabidiol (CBD) is the main component in CBD oils ( CBD) and it is fully present in HempCare CBD RUBY. In addition, this variant CBD oil contains a considerable amount of CBG and CBN, respectively Cannabigerol and Cannabinol. These two are considered important cannabinoids in addition to CBD. Several studies show that CBG mainly has blood pressure lowering properties. It can also combat anxiety and depressed feelings, stimulate appetite and has antibacterial properties. CBN promotes sleep, works against cramping and, like many other cannabinoids, is anti-inflammatory.
Color and taste
CBD RUBY (Ruby) owes its red color to the acidity of the flavonoid present. This substance, which is found in almost all vegetables, fruit and other edible products, also gives our RUBY its characteristic taste. The terpenes present, a typical plant substance from which many vitamins are derived, contribute to both the taste and the smell of CBD RUBY. An example of a terpene present in CBD RUBY is Bisabolol. This flower-scented substance is known for its bacterial and antifungal function.
Hempcare recommends starting with 2 times daily 5 drops of CBD RUBY under the tongue . Leave it there for about 20 seconds. The effect of this is only visible and / or palpable after a few days for most people. With an early unwanted reaction, the recommended intake can be reduced. In all cases, the intake can also be increased. The body only absorbs what it needs, excess excretes it in urine, perspiration or otherwise.
Shake well before use. Hold under the tongue for up to 60 seconds and then swallow. Unless otherwise advised by a medical professional 3 to 4 drops / 3 times a day. Gradually increase the number of drops. Over time, you can try out an oil with a higher content that can reduce the number of drops at a time. You can also mix the oil in food and drink. However, it takes an hour before the effect can be noticed.

Best CBD Oil storage advice
It is recommended to store the bottle of oil in a dark and cool place, as sunlight and heat break down the cannabinoids present and affect the quality of the product. A cool kitchen cupboard is preferable to the refrigerator because too low temperatures cause the olive oil present in this product to flak, making dosing more difficult.
